Our long standing customer in Wales came to Alphatec 2000 to assist them in the purchase of a machine replace their ageing Horizon systems.
Alphatec 2000, supplied a Horizon VAC1000a, VAC1000c, SPF200A, FC200A and long exit conveyor, Collating and bookletmaking system. The end user also had a Watkiss Square back machine and our engineering team then integrated the machine into their newly installed Horizon bookletmaker system allowing continuous production and reducing the need for extra handling of the job.
Alphatec 2000 then provided operator training on the machine and warranty back up support.
The project was delivered, installed and modified in just 2 days and was running in full production on the 2nd day.
