Upgrade register equipment on a 1964 packaging press
Our partners required us to replace the old register system (pre-1986) with the latest advanced software and equipment on the market. Pulling in new cables to each print unit and installing a new line shaft encoder. We used the customer’s original electric cabinet enabling us to install the new electronic chassis and terminate the scanning head and motor drive cables. We then programmed the software and ran system static checks before trial runs were completed and operator training carried out
We successfully completed the work and the system is now in full production.
