Our customer called our service team with an issue with there BQ270 Horizon perfect binding machine.
The tank had leaked and set hard in the lower part of the machine. Our service team visited site and removed the excess glue from the machine. We then serviced the machine and replaced faulty parts including the rubber seals within the tank.
The machine was returned to service after a full machine recalibration.
