Our sales team were contacted by one of our customers who wanted to upgrade their current horizon collator system to something that would increase productivity and allow for a more variable workload. The customer required a user friendly high volume collator bookletmaking system. As they were already familiar with Horizon products, Alphatec 2000 Ltd supplied a in house workshop reconditioned Horizon VAC100a & VAC100c 20 station tower suction fed collator with the horizon SPF200A/FC100A bookletmaker /Trimmer, & long exit conveyor.
Over 2 days the machine was delivered and installed on the customers premises. Operator training was given before the machine was instantly put into production running an A3-A4 booklet.
