Working with our register system partner we visited a customer in Spain to upgrade their obsolete register system with the current camera based state of the art register control and cut off control system. We worked closely with the customer’s agent, and carried out a full motorised 5 camera installation with hardwired modular I/O and 2 operator touchscreens. We successfully commissioned the system on a live production due to the customer’s tight production schedule. Customer user and maintenance training was given by our engineer. The upgraded system allows the customer to reduce waste and have quicker make ready times.
We successfully completed the work on time and the system is now in full production.
